Processing Time

Our designs are not massively produced to ensure we maintain our ethos of sustainability and conscious fashion.

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces may require 10–20 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines:

   - Lagos - 1-2 business days 

   - Rest of Nigeria - 3-7 business days

   - International delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on location

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay subscribed to be notified!

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. All orders are shipped from Nigeria.

We do not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

We are unable to estimate customs costs; for accurate guidance, please contact your local customs office.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery status.
