Processing Time

Our designs are not mass produced — this is how we maintain our commitment to conscious, considered fashion.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order pieces may require 10–20 business days for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Lagos: 2–3 business days
Rest of Nigeria: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days, depending on location

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay subscribed to be notified.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. All orders are shipped from Nigeria.

We do not collect these fees at checkout and are not responsible for any additional charges incurred. We are unable to estimate customs costs — for accurate guidance, please contact your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
