Store return policy

All of our garments are handmade with care, and because of this, all sales are final. We only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Email our customer service team at chioma@thegloriaandco.com.

    • Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Clearly indicate the RAN on the outside of your return package. Returns without a visible RAN may not be accepted.

    • Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.

    • Local orders (within Nigeria) must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

    • International orders (outside Nigeria) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  3. Customs and Duties:

    • All customs duties, taxes, and fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
