👗 PRODUCT & FIT
What kind of fabric do you use?
We primarily use 100% natural linen, thoughtfully sourced for its breathability, softness, and longevity. Many of our pieces also feature cotton lining or intentional blends to enhance comfort and silhouette.
I’m not sure about my size — what should I do?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fit notes. If you’re in between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a relaxed linen fit. Still unsure? Email us at gloriaandcomapany@gmail.com — we’re happy to help.
Are your clothes suitable for all skin tones?
Yes. Color is at the heart of our design process. We create collections with diverse African and global skin tones in mind — from warm, earthy tones to radiant brights. Each piece is selected to glow against real, beautiful skin.
Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
For runway or limited-edition pieces, yes — custom options may be available. For our ready-to-wear collections, we currently offer standard sizing only.

How should I care for my linen pieces?
To extend the life of your linen:

Does linen wrinkle easily?
Yes — and that’s part of its charm. We call it elevated ease. The relaxed texture is part of the linen lifestyle: real, lived-in, and effortlessly elegant.
Is your linen sustainably sourced?
Yes. Linen is one of the most eco-friendly textiles available. Our partners prioritize ethical sourcing, fair labor, and low-impact dye processes whenever possible.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Nigeria, select African countries, and internationally (US, UK, EU, and Canada). At checkout, you’ll see available delivery options for your region.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Nigeria: 3–7 business days

International: 7–15 business days
Note: Pre-order or runway pieces may take longer. Shipping timelines will be indicated on each product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express delivery is available in select locations for an additional fee. Choose this option at checkout if available.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Are returns free?
We do not currently offer free returns. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re truly sorry. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
